Drop-off for all children is at 10:00 at the main entrance to the courts, where a member of staff will be available to sign them in. Pick-up for children aged 4 to 6 years is at 13:00, while children aged 7 and over are collected at 15:00 . If someone other than a parent or guardian will be collecting your child, please inform us in advance.

Campers must bring a nut-free packed lunch, two snacks, and a refillable water bottle. We are unable to store food in fridges or heat up meals, so please pack accordingly.

Please send your child in comfortable sportswear, trainers with non-marking soles, and a hat or visor for sun protection. Apply sunscreen before arrival and pack extra for reapplication. Bring a tennis racket if possible (labelled), although we do have loaners available.

Please share all medical information when booking. If your child needs medication during the day, bring it in a clearly labelled container with written instructions. Our staff includes qualified first aiders at all times.

Bookings are made online. Please note that all bookings are non-refundable, and we are unable to offer cancellations or transfers once payment has been made.

Absolutely. Campers are grouped by age and ability, with coaching tailored to all levels – from basic technique to match play and tactics for more experienced players.

Yes, camp continues in all weather conditions. We play outdoors in light rain and adjust the schedule as needed in heavier conditions to prioritise safety. Campers should come prepared for all weathers, including a lightweight waterproof jacket. In extreme heat, we take regular shade and hydration breaks.
